vendor applications
Hello new and seasoned Garlic Festival Vendors!
Applications for 2025 are open from January 1 to March 31, after which the Grindrod Garlic Festival Society will meet to discuss applications. Products must be made/grown in British Columbia and preference will be given to vendors from the North Okanagan/Shuswap areas.
We do not email or send out an application form. Do not send payment with your application, it is due once you are accepted. If you are not accepted you will be added to our waiting list in case there is an appropriate cancellation.
Membership is mandatory for all vendors, the annual fee is $15.
All vendors are encouraged to enter our judging classes, which are listed here.
