Competition classes are open to everyone. 

• Are you convinced your garlic is the best?  From Most Unusual Shape to Best Braid and Most Varieties Grown, there is a garlic class to fit every size and shape of garlic!
• People’s Choice Art Contest - Create an original, garlic-inspired work of art in any medium, the winner will get a prize and will be featured on next year's poster.

10:30 - 11:30 Garlic Braiding (soft neck) with Veronica Faulkner, Grindrod Garlic Goddess  (sign up at Info/volunteer tent, $10 charge for garlic, audit for free!)

 11:30 - 12:30 Garlic Talk

12:00 Judging of Entries

12:00 - 12:30 Garlic Eating Contest
